山東保藍(lán)環(huán)保有限公司榮獲云南省人民政府頒發(fā)的云南省科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)證書(shū)。公司自主研發(fā)的“磁能消白黃磷尾氣治理技術(shù)”，憑借在黃磷行業(yè)煙氣治理領(lǐng)域的突出貢獻(xiàn)，榮獲2024年度云南省科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)。
BAOLAN EP INC. was awarded the Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Award Certificate by the People's Government of Yunnan Province. The company's independently developed "Magnetic Energy Dephosphorization Tail Gas Treatment Technology" won the First Prize of the 2024 Yunnan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award for its outstanding contribution in the field of flue gas treatment in the yellow phosphorus industry.

This technology can effectively address the pain points of the phosphorus chemical industry's tail gas, such as complex composition, strong viscosity, strong corrosiveness, and large fluctuations in flue gas volume, successfully overcoming issues of low purification efficiency in traditional processes, equipment susceptibility to corrosion, and high comprehensive operation and maintenance costs.
磁能消白技術(shù)基于調(diào)質(zhì)、脈沖、感應(yīng)三重磁能協(xié)同作用，可高效凈化黃磷尾氣中的白色混合污染物（包括磷酸、氫氟酸、硫酸、五氧化二磷及粉塵顆粒物等），凈化效率可達(dá)97%。該設(shè)備無(wú)需添加化學(xué)試劑，避免了二次污染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，具備高效、環(huán)保、可持續(xù)、操作簡(jiǎn)便及運(yùn)行成本低等優(yōu)勢(shì)。此外，設(shè)備采用AI智能控制系統(tǒng)，可根據(jù)煙氣量的波動(dòng)動(dòng)態(tài)匹配運(yùn)行功率，實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能降耗。
The magnetic energy whitening elimination technology is based on the synergistic effect of tempering, pulsing, and induction triple magnetic energy, which can efficiently purify the white mixed pollutants in yellow phosphorus tail gas (including phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphorus pentoxide, and dust particles), with a purification efficiency of up to 97%. This equipment does not require the addition of chemical reagents, avoiding the risk of secondary pollution, and has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection, sustainability, simple operation, and low operating costs. In addition, the equipment uses an AI intelligent control system that can dynamically match the operating power according to fluctuations in flue gas volume, achieving energy saving and consumption reduction.
